WILSON KWOK

Mr. Wilson Kwok began his intimate knowledge of wine and fine dining since the 80s. He was the first Chinese who graduated from Cordon Bleu de Paris, France. Subsequently, he obtained his Master degree in Enology from the University of Bordeaux, France.

W's Entrecôte, under the leadership of Wilson, is recognized throughout the food and beverage community for its food, wine and services.

In recognition of his contributions to the food and wine communities over the years, he was awarded more than 30 local and international Food and Beverages titles and certificates. Most notably, he was awarded "Chevalier" by L'Ordre du Mérite Agricole, République Française and "Chambellan" by L'Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne.

Wilson also offered seminars and lectures to share his knowledge in wine and wine tasting. Moreover, he is the judge and committee for many local and international prestigious wine competitions.

In recent years, Wilson has pioneered the wine tourism by organizing tours to well known wine producing countries. The theme of his tours is to introduce the marriage of fine wine with local cuisine.
